Cristy’s honest assessment of the properties we visited helped make us comfortable about our purchase. There was never a hard push to buy, and our property visits were relaxing and enjoyable. That said, buying property 3000 miles from home can be a little scary and complicated. Cristy’s knowledge of Nevada real estate rules and procedures, as well as her thoroughness and professionalism, made us feel completely secure. An accelerated closing, as well as her having to deal with 2 partners from different states and time zones, made the closing process a little more cumbersome, but Cristy was prepared, meticulous, and ensured all logistics and paperwork were completed on time.
